Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Out of Print Stickers (“O.O.P.S.”, “we”, “us”) custom sticker service. By uploading a photo and creating a design, you agree to them.
1. The service
We turn photos you upload into die-cut sticker designs using automated tools, including third-party artificial-intelligence image services. You can preview your design, choose sheet layouts and quantities, and order printed stickers.
2. Your photos and your rights
You confirm that you own each photo you upload or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it, and that doing so does not violate anyone’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to process and reproduce them solely to create and fulfill your stickers.
3. AI processing
Some products use artificial intelligence to create your design. For those, your photo is sent to and processed by third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI and Google), and by proceeding you consent to that processing. We do not control those providers’ models and cannot guarantee any particular result.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that depicts a person who has not consented. We may decline or remove any request at our discretion.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
Orders are placed and paid through our checkout provider (Shopify). Prices, shipping, and taxes are shown at checkout. Producing a design does not place an order until you check out.
6. Final sale & pickup
Custom stickers are made to order from your photos. All custom sticker sales are final— we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Orders placed for in-store pickup are held for you to collect during store hours; an order that is not picked up is not refunded. Please review your design carefully before checking out.
7. Results
AI-generated designs vary and may not perfectly match your photo. You can regenerate a photo a limited number of times. Stickers are made to order; please review your design before checkout.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
